This was really hard to do quickly. It's not in my nature to just write down the first things that come into my head, I'd much rather think and analyse what I'm writing! But here goes, 15 in 15 minutes!
- The Time Travellers Wife by Audrey Nifenegger
- English Passengers by Matthew Kneale
- Tess of The D'Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy
- Dracula by Bram Stoker
- Mr Pip by Lloyd Jones
- The Beach by Alex Garland
- The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini
- The Vampire Lestat by Anne Rice
- Memnoch the Devil by Anne Rice
- The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood
- The Passion of New Eve by Angela Carter
- The Witches by Roald Dahl
- The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole by Sue Townsend
- The Secret History by Donna Tartt
- The Octopus Nest by Sophie Hannah
Ok, that was really hard! And I cheated slightly because the last one is a short story. but a fantastic one that I don't think I'll ever forget. And although I wrote this in 15 minutes I know won't be able to stop myself thinking about it so no doubt I'll think of others that should be in there!

Great list! Must check a few out of it!
You and I got 7 and 10 common!
Stuck forever and ever!
We have 3 in common! I think I may add The Vampire Lestat to my wish list, I have read many good reviews!
Hi Jo. I read Tess of the D'urbervilles in high school and loved it. I am scared to revisit that one though in case it is not as beautiful as I remember.
So many of these are new to me, I'll have to check them out. The Handmaid's Tale is once book that is on my wishlist for a long time.
hehe another Kite Runner...let's just say Kite Runner is my number 16...I forgot to put it on my 15 list
The Octopus Nest has me intrigued!
I loved Little Face by Sophie Hannah, but have never heard of Octopus Nest. I couldn't find it on Amazon. Is it in a collection of short stories?
Gautami, They seem to be two very popular ones!
Dot, The whole series is good, but they're the ones that stick inmy memory most,
Shari, I first read it in high school too and I've found it just gets better each time I read it.
Violetcrush, I've got somany books to check out from reading everybodyeles lists.
Novroz, The Kite runner is a popular one! I think I could have about 60 by now if I added all those from other peoples lists that I for got about!
Nise and Jackie, It's a fantastic story with a proper twist at the end. It had my heart racing all the wa through.
It's published in Sophie Hannah's short story collection called The fantastic Book of Everyone's Secrets. They are all good stories, but this one is by far the best.
Great list! Unfortunately, I only read The Kite Runner and it didn't make my list.
I need to get to The Time Traveler's Wife. Here's mine.
I had Dracula and The Handmaid's Tale on my list as well. This was a fun topic!

I'll be checking into some of those!
We have The Kite Runner in common. I've also read The Handmaid's Tale. I really should read The Time Traveler's Wife seeing as a lot of people love it, and the movie is coming out soon.
I haven't read any of these, but there are several I really want to read.
I had the the Kite Runner on my list too: Great List! Here is mine:
